I was really unsure about putting my dog in to Day Care as she was a very nervous around other dogs and humans she was unfamiliar with. I looked at various companies, but Edipaws seemed so professional and friendly. Helen and Heidi built up a real trust with Bella, so she knew they were her friends and within a few weeks she was just one of the pack! Bella is now a completely different dog. When out on a walk she wants to say hello and play with other dogs she sees. I am so grateful to Edipaws and love looking at the photos uploaded on to the website where I can see Bella amongst the other dogs. She always looks like she is having a great time! Bella has been going to Edipaws for five years now and loves it. Whilst I get ready for work, she sits looking out the window for the distinctive pink van to pull up. She is so excited when it arrives, runs to the front door, and trots off happily. Whatever the weather Heidi and her team ensure all the dogs are walked and well looked after at the Edipaws site. Bella is always returned clean and tired. I highly recommend Edipaws.

My dog has been going to Edipaws once a week for 4 years plus – since he was a puppy. He absolutely loves his day out – and always gets very excited when the pink van arrives to collect him in the morning! Heidi and her team take exceptional care of him with regular photos of him playing with his four-legged friends. When he is brought home at the end of a day, he is so happy and has obviously enjoyed his time playing! (And he’s asleep within 10 minutes!!)
He has also had holiday stays with Edipaws, and it gives me total peace of mind to know that he is being cared for as if he was part of their family. I cannot recommend Edipaws highly enough – they are professional, courteous, friendly people and I would never leave my dog with anyone else. Love them!

We are really pleased with the service provided by Heidi and her team, and we have recommended her to a few friends. Ralph, our dog, is always exhausted by the time he gets home, which is a true sign that he’s had loads of fun!
Heidi and the team are super considerate when dropping off after a rainy day and make sure Ralph is wiped down so no mess to come home to. She is incredibly flexible and very good at responding to messages and requests. Really happy to have chosen Edipaws and would highly recommend!

Heidi, Stuart and the team at Edipaws have our doggies Wilma (2) and Oz (11) their whole lives. They have such an amazing duty of care, and we feel totally safe with our dogs in their care for two days a week. They love our doggies as much as we do and genuinely care about their wellbeing. We know the dogs get lots of exercise and cuddles all day and are generally well cared for. The team are always on time and reliable and pick up our doggies and drop them off whether we are home or not as they have keys. Both dogs can’t wait to jump in the van and come home totally knackered (in a good way) and sleep straight away. I cannot recommend Edipaws enough.

Kaspar is my first dog, and we have had the pleasure of knowing Heidi, her brother Stuart, and the team through Edipaws, since Kaspar arrived with me as a pup early in 2021. Kaspar attends regular day care at Edipaws two days a week. In addition and when needed, Edipaws are always obliging and will fit him in for additional days and even have him for sleepovers. I would not feel comfortable boarding Kaspar in the ‘traditional’ type kennels and certainly not on a short ad hoc basis. As the majority of dog owners are acutely aware, the care, welfare and happiness of our beloved companions is amongst our highest priorities.
We are extremely selective as to who we allow access to our dogs and even more selective in allowing others to assist in the care of them. I might even consider myself more selective than most! Taking this into account, I have no problem with and in fact welcome Heidi’s access to Kaspar. Not only does her care for Kaspar allow me to run my life as I need, but provides Kaspar with additional enrichment, mixing with other dogs and people in a safe and controlled environment. Kaspar’s excitement and exuberance when being collected by Heidi and the team for day care has to be seen to be believed.

All the staff are so caring and got to know Henry really well, and it has been great for his socialisation with other dogs, and he always comes home tired at the end of the day. We also use Edipaws for when we go away on holiday, and it is a great comfort knowing that Henry is in a loving home and being looked after by Heidi and her kids, who love playing with him so much.
